** All US domestic returns must be submitted through our return portal. Any return received without being properly submitted through the portal, will be considered an unauthorized return and will not be processed. Upon receipt of your merchandise at our facility, please allow up to five business days for your return to process should your merchandise be within our return policy conditions. Please note, due to differing financial institutions, it may take additional time for your refund to be reflected in your bank account. If you return more than $500 in a 12 month period, you will be subject to a modified return policy. We will contact you if your account/accounts should fall within these parameters.
